Cancellation and Returns
At Grank and Frasers Systems Limited, we want every customer to have a smooth experience when purchasing our ebooks and digital products.
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, cancellations and returns work differently from physical products.
1. Digital Products
All ebooks and digital products purchased through our website are delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept physical returns of ebooks or other downloadable digital products.
2. Order Cancellation
You may contact us to request cancellation of an order before the digital product has been delivered or accessed, where technically possible.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and provide your order or transaction details.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally considered final once the ebook has been delivered or accessed.
However, we may consider refund requests in certain circumstances, including:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased product.
- The digital file is corrupted or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

4. Incorrect Purchase

We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or a new download link.
If we are unable to provide a functional replacement, we may issue a refund where appropriate.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Order or transaction reference
- Name of the ebook purchased
- Reason for your request
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase.
8. Refund Processing

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
9. Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution

Nothing in this Cancellation & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
